This scholarship includes UK co-supervision and mobility to further PhD study in the UK. The aim of the SASAC PhD programme is to provide an opportunity for excellent young doctoral students to advance their research under the direct supervision of senior scientists from South African and UK-based research and higher education institutions, and IIASA (International Institute of Applied Systems Analysis).
The inception took place on 15-26 January 2018 at the Kolping Guest House, Durbanville in Cape Town.
